I Co AAR continues: Batallion HQ Group at approx coord BS711939. Upon arriving at the area of Battalion CP the company was ordered to board Amtracks and Ontos to locate and attack the enemy force that had isolated a tank and LVT supply column. After a briefing by the Battalion Executive Officer (Maj.Comer) it was decided to proceed down the trail back to the village of An Cuong 2 where company I had left three tanks and two squads to protect the helicopter.
